ایده های طراحی :
At the beginning of the new century we found ourselves in the age of digital, in which everything changes with an alarming acceleration. It has been only 5 decades we have witnessed the improvement of information and communications industries, but we have got unexpected changes in our lives.
No doubt, internet reign, available virtual universities, firms and shops would decrease 30% of constructions in the next 20 years. These are webs that would rise into occasion as classes or a place for electronic meetings; though we still would require physical spaces. This quick progress in IT technology and its breach in all human dimensions lead to a new definition for architectural space. We can call this new space as digital space or cyberspace. The cyberspace not only provides unlimited imaginations for the designers, but also drives the life perception inside the physical space. To create a cyberspace we will need to know the virtual architecture. The virtual architecture has a special place to progress education, entertainment and business industries. The virtual architecture can partake in those areas in which electronic play an essential role; special softwares and simulation of a construction in virtual environment have provided a scientific analysis on thermal and constructional acoustic issues before construction program is implemented. Architecture in cyberspace has been provided the opportunities to present designs and innovations in which are not be able to study in fields of construction and implementation and could not exist in those areas.
While architecture has always responded to the raised needs, in the age of electronics we require to design spaces in which has been involved in digital area; therefore hereafter the architects must have something to reveal on creating environments in web, as they are familiar with space organization; they have a good view on designing and discussion processes and implementation phases; they are well-informed of space organization and its representation. Also they are used to make changes in materials to be transformed into the functional elements.
There are still deep questions on relationship between media, cyberspace architecture’s skills and qualitative reasoning and the importance of different approaches toward cyberspace technique. It shows we are still at the initial stage to produce a new field of science we call the virtual architecture.
